A few months ago the book “Security in Computer and Information Sciences” was published as the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the First International ISCIS Security Workshop 2018, held in London in February 2018. Bit4id participated in the workshop. The 12 full papers presented together with an overview paper were carefully reviewed and selected from 31 submissions.
The book includes the paper submitted by Bit4id, titled “Blockchain-Based Logging for the Cross-Border Exchange of eHealth Data in Europe” and written by Luigi Castaldo, Project Manager, and Vincenzo Cinque, Software Engineer. In the article the authors explain how cryptography in blockchain could solve complex problems – as safe and distributed logging – in an innovative and useful way.
Since its publication, the article has almost reached 3000 downloads and it’s an excellent oportunity to learn more about the latest technologies and their uses.
